Monday to Friday: 6:00 am to 7:00 pm

Saturday: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm

Sunday and major harvest weeks: Dispatch on call for emergency and surge hauls.

During the height of harvest we keep dispatchers available through the evening, so a late call still gets a live answer. If you email outside of these hours, a team member will return your message first thing the next business morning.

How far in advance should I book a haul? +
For regular grain and feed runs we can often fit you within a day or two. For large seasonal fleets, book two to three weeks ahead during peak harvest so we can reserve trucks and coordinate dispatch.
Do you haul outside of your home state? +
Yes, we operate regional hauls across state lines when permits and routing allow. We handle the paperwork, overweight permits where needed, and routing so you do not have to.
Do you provide weigh tickets and paperwork? +
Every load is weighed and documented. We provide weigh tickets, bills of lading, and haul records so your grain accounting stays clean and auditable from field to elevator.
